Fitness

After the birth of her daughter, Nana decided to return to television and focus on her Business acumen and combine it with her passion for health and Fitness. She became a fully qualified instructor and launched LadyXsize, a Fitness Guru and brand, where she taught an array of classes and had a team of fitness instructors to run her courses. She approached Fitness TV (Sky 282) and soon acquired her own show ‘Fit Gear’. Not content with just presenting, she approached them with a proposition to generate finance and create new shows. She worked with Mr Motivator helping him launch and generate finance for his Fitness program across the UK and created her own weighted hoop workout DVD set which she sold very successfully on QVC. Nana also had her own Health Show on BBC local radio and a show on UK Health Radio. Her new product range will be launching at the beginning of 2026 so watch this space.

Live TV and Radio

She worked for Kiss 100, setting up sponsorship and inventing Kiss clubs sponsored tours. She went on to Capital Radio where she was a major player developing and bringing in finance for their new online arm. Whilst at both stations, her voice was requested by her clients for commercials, so she began to do voice overs. In her spare time, Nana worked at The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Radio station where she learnt her craft as a DJ. On leaving Capital Radio, Richard Park spotted her talent and offered her a trainee post as a DJ for The Capital radio Café. She soon had her own Drivetime show at Fusion 107.3, a commercial station covering South East London and has worked at a number of commercial stations and presented her own radio show on the BBC for 8 years.
